Installation
From Source (recommended)
Flamewolf is a experimental browser. As such, building it from source is recommended.
Requirements
You need the following before building Flamewolf:
- Python 3
- Mercurial or Git
- At least 4GiB RAM (8GiB recommended)
- At least 30GiB Free Disk Space

Getting the source code
Flamewolf is distributed through both Git and Mercurial
To get it:
git clone https://github.com/rustdevbtw/flamewolfhg clone https://hg.sr.ht/~rajdeep/flamewolfBuilding
./mach build./mach buildNote
On Windows, You’ll need to first enable support for running external scripts:
Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSignedThen, run:
.\mach.ps1 buildPre-Built
Linux (AMD64)
Since v128.1.0, FlameWolf now officially provides pre-built Binaries for AMD64(x86_64) Linux!You can find these binaries in GitHub Releases!

On Arch, it is available as flamewolf-bin!
You can install it via an AUR helper:
